1. Payment in Full at the time of booking

Pay entire cabin in full at the time the cabin is booked.


2. 4 Payment Plan Schedule

$250 USD per person deposit is due at the time of the reservation.


March11, 2014:
An additional $300 USD per person is due by Tuesday, March 11, 2014.

Reservations/bookings made on or after March 11, 2014 2014 will require a deposit of $550 per person deposit.


June10, 2014:
50% of the remaining balance
after application of the deposit is due by Tuesday, June10, 2014.

Reservations/bookings made on or after June10, 2014 but before August 26, 2014 will require a deposit of 50% of the full cruise fare at the time of booking.


August 26, 2014
The other 50% of the remaining balance is due in full by Tuesday, August 26, 2014.


Reservations/Bookings Made From August 26, 2014 Through October 9, 2014:
Reservations/bookings made after August 26, 2014 but before October9, 2014 will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days of the booking or by October9, 2014, whichever is earlier.


Reservations/Bookings Made On Or After October 9, 2014:Reservations made on or after October 9, 2014 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

For all reservations, whenever made, if any payment has not been received in full by the applicable due date, OTB shall have the right to consider your reservation cancelled as of the applicable due date, and to apply the Cancellation policies and penalties set forth herein.  If OTB elects, in its sole discretion, to not treat your reservation as cancelled in the event of late payment, a $40 late payment fee may be applied per passenger for each cabin that does not remit payment by the required payment deadlines.

These Payment Terms supersede those made by the MSC Cruises Passenger Contract. Please note the payment provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to the Cruise, regardless of any representations made by MSC Cruises or its affiliated entities, whether in the MSC Passenger Contract terms or elsewhere. All rights granted to passengers in the MSC Cruises Passenger Contract, relating to the payment or refund of cruise fare and to cancellations by passengers, are superseded by these Terms and Conditions, shall not be operative.

3. Monthly Payment Plan
Valid for Reservations made prior to June 30, 2014


The Monthly Payment allows guests to split their payments into an evenly monthly payment schedule. Guests who enroll in the Monthly payment plan will be required to make the first monthly payment immediately and authorize that each month thereafter will be automatically billed to the same card on 15th of each month. The final balance is due no lather than Monday, September 15, 2014.

Reservations made Prior to February 1, 2014 with the Monthly plan will have 8 payments due on 15th of each month.

Reservations made between February 1-28, 2014 and select the Monthly plan will have 7 payments due on 15th of each month.

Reservations made between March 1-31, 2014 and select the Monthly plan will have 6 payments due on 15th of each month.

Reservations made between April 1-30, 2014 and select the Monthly plan will have 5 payments due on 15th of each month.

Reservations made between May 1-31, 2014 and select the Monthly plan will have 4 payments due on 15th of each month.

Reservations made between June 1-30, 2014 and select the Monthly plan will have 3 payments due on 15th of each month.

CANCELLATION

Due to the unique nature of our event, we have a very strict cancellation policy. We HIGHLY recommend that passengers consider purchasing travel insurance.

Pre-Booked Deposited Cabins Only

If You Cancel On Or Before January 31, 2014:

ALL OTHER CELTIC THUNDER PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

All cancellations and reservation changes must be submitted in writing via email toThis email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The date that such written notice of cancellation is received will determine the applicable cancellation fees per the above schedule. No exceptions will be made.

Please note the cancellation provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to the Cruise, regardless of any representations made by MSC Cruises, whether in its passenger contract terms or elsewhere. All rights granted to passengers in the MSC Cruises contract relating to the payment or refund of cruise fare and to cancellations by passengers shall not apply to you or be operative.


NAME CHANGES, TRANSFERS & FEES

The passenger (Main Guest) who places a reservation for a cabin on board is considered the cabin’s “Primary” passenger, and is therefore solely responsible for initiating or authorizing changes to the reservation.

Primary passenger name changes are considered a transfer, and are subject to a $100 transfer fee.

If a Primary passenger reservation is transferred to a NEW passenger, the NEW passenger must make full payment of amounts due based on the above due dates. Once, and only if, such payment has been made, then the applicable amounts paid by the ORIGINAL traveler will be refunded directly to the original traveler.

Through June 10, 2014, each cabin will receive one (1) complimentary name change (excluding Primary passenger) or passenger addition, for second, third or fourth passengers. Additional name changes through June 10, 2014 will be assessed a $50 fee for each occurrence.

Name Changes made on or after June 11, 2014 and before October17, 2014 will be assessed a $100 name change fee.  No name changes will be permitted after October 17, 2014.
